When properties require significant repair, alteration, refurbishment etc, we head an established design team and project manage works from inception to final completion. For simpler contracts we act as a designer and contract administrator dealing with all aspects of the supervision of the works. We also advise on aspects of project management for example, cost advice, design advice, feasibility studies etc.
